Driving North from the city of Inverness take the Thurso road (A9) and drive for approximately 45 miles.
From Inverness you will cross 4 road bridges. The first one is the Kessock Bridge, just as you leave the city heading north. The next is the Cromarty Bridge which is directly preceded by a roundabout, take the 2nd exit here (keep heading along the A9). The 3rd bridge you will come to is the Dornoch Bridge which is just after a roundabout, again 2nd exit (A9). The fourth and final bridge of note is the Mound Bridge, this is an important one as you need to turn left onto A839, following signs for Rogart and Lairg.
From this road you are only 6 miles from the parish of Rogart.
Once you pass through the village (yes, pass through) drive for approximately another 5 miles and then take the right hand exit over the cattle grid onto a single track road sign posted Morness.
Don’t worry you are almost at the beautiful Croit Bhraigh!
Drive up the hill taking the right hand bend at the church and then take the first left signposted Morness Little Rogart. Carry on along this road and take the hard first left you come to.
Last little bit, follow the road for the last mile and look out for the lovely, cosy croft house you are about to relax in, which is through the gate at the end of your private driveway.
Have fun, we'll love having you!
